As co-Chair of the ASUC Disabled Students Commission, I have repeatedly experienced our community’s demands being deprioritized by campus administration.

Torre Meeks and the Inclusive Recreation program have transitioned their services online and demonstrate the necessity of inclusive and accessible sports.

In May, the UC Berkeley Recreational Sports Facility declared its intention to shut down the No Limits, or NL, personal training program for disabled students because of a lack of funding.
