Following a two-month-long trial, former Berkeley mayoral candidate and Direct Action Everywhere, or DxE, co-founder Wayne Hsiung has been charged with misdemeanor trespass with intent to interfere with a lawful business for unlawfully entering Sunrise and Reichardt Farms in Sonoma County in 2018 and 2019.
