One of my happy places is undoubtedly Martha’s Vineyard: a small island just off the coast of Massachusetts. While the island itself is relatively small, each town has its own unique offerings and trademarks. So without further ado, here’s what I’d recommend to do, so you can have the perfect day on the Vineyard. 

The purpose of gathering this data is to better inform our hiring processes not only during hiring, but also preceding and following hiring seasons. The information allows us to see where we succeeded in increasing diversity and inclusion, as well as where we need to prioritize more time, accessibility and outreach.

There’s something transformative that occurs throughout the month of August. You don’t notice when it approaches, riding the high of the continuing summer months.
