Lawsuit filed against City of Berkeley following death of veteran crossing Bancroft Way
Plaintiffs have sued the City of Berkeley for dangerous condition of property after veteran Williams Evans was hit and killed by a truck driver. Construction Materials Trucking Inc. and Rojas Trucking have also been sued for negligence.
