Of course, I still get a little bit upset when it comes to not passing a final round interview, but I've found better ways of coping. If you're someone who struggles with rejection, here are some of the tips that I’ve learned over the years.

Most people avoid the topic of summer internships like the plague. It’s easy to feel a sense of imposter syndrome or worry that you’re behind after scrolling through hundreds of your peers' posts on LinkedIn announcing their impressive plans for the summer. Nevertheless, I wanted to describe my experience going through internship recruiting season for the first time to let people know it's okay if you don’t have an internship for this summer yet. Though rejection can certainly be demotivating, it’s important to keep persevering and believing in yourself.  

On Early National Signing Day, Cal managed to sign its highest-ranked offensive recruit since 2017 in Norco running back Jaydn Ott.

The Bears have added six new faces (all three-star recruits) to the Cal family so far today, and presumably have quite a few more on the way.

While you can work on high-impact projects at either a corporation or a startup, the pace of work is something that can have an impact on whether you feel fulfilled in your job.

Jaydn Ott ranks as the fourth-highest offensive player to commit to the Bears since 2017 and will certainly add a huge boost to Cal’s overall talent level.

Cal is having great success securing talent on the defensive side of the ball and is winning recruiting battles that it used to struggle with.

Burrell is already the second four-star player to commit to Cal from the high school class of 2022, following four-star quarterback Justyn Martin.

Regardless of how disorganized you are with your room, classes or your inbox, something you'll want to stay organized for is job hunting.
