With the fall semester in full swing, many of us are back to the usual grind: classes, homework and midterms.

From the moment I hopped off the plane at Dublin Airport (with a dream and my raincoat), I knew I loved Ireland. No, it wasn’t only because I was unhealthily obsessed with Niall Horan in eighth grade, because I had just watched season one of "Derry Girls" or because Saoirse Ronan is one of my favorite actresses.

Located in the heart of Europe, Aachen is a city of understated beauty and character. Once the center of Charlemagne’s empire, Aachen is now a small, relatively lesser known German city, but totally worth a day-long visit.

Chichester is easily accessible by a straight one hour train from London Victoria. It has everything to offer the American tourist.
