For most of my life, I have lived by the principle: “Do what you want and regret it later.” Yet somewhere along the way, the past few months of intense self-reflection and agonizing introspection have left me paralyzed with fear and suspended in time. Rather than set resolutions for the new year, I prefer to air out my grievances, but also recognize the things I don’t regret.  Hence, I present to you my five regrets and my five nonregrets from 2022 — lessons we could all benefit from.
