UC Berkeley Associate Chancellor Khira Griscavage is set to assume the role of the campus’s locally designated official, or LDO, next week, according to a campuswide email sent Monday by Chancellor Nicholas Dirks.

Carla Hesse — dean of social sciences, executive dean of the College of Letters and Science and interim lead of the campus’s sexual harassment response — spoke with The Daily Californian on Wednesday about the changes made in response to multiple high-level cases of sexual misconduct at UC Berkeley.
