Packed into this equation is the obligation I feel to live up to the rankings, but more than anything, to the legacy of those who have made it possible for me to know what career I want to pursue and actively go for it.

The academic expectations I had put on myself during A Levels were so intense that I developed a nasty streak of perfectionism. So much that, at times, it became brutal to my self-worth.

There is simply an obscene amount of information that must be digested and regurgitated for exams, and I always feel like a part of me is cramming, no matter how much lead time I give myself.

Student demand for EECS and CS courses is increasing, leading some TAs to advocate for increased departmental funding and decreased student enrollment.  

Campus senior Nanki Ahuja formed Business Transfer Network, or BTN, during her first semester as a transfer student in the spring of 2020. She noticed that without guaranteed campus housing and two years of undergraduate experience at Berkeley, transfer students were sometimes unable to form strong communities on campus. 

International students, many of whom returned to their home countries, have seriously compromised their rights and wellness due to a lack of accommodation.
