Friends of Berkeley Animal Care Services

Vegans and meat eaters alike crowded the Bizerkeley Food Festival today at in celebration of veganism, animal advocacy and local plant-based eats. 

A large German shepherd barks loudly, peering eagerly through the walls of its Plexiglas pod, while neighboring furry friends snooze quietly, unperturbed in their own habitats.
