The Stanford Intercollegiate was Cal’s last event of the fall semester. It was a strong conclusion to a strong semester of golf. The Bears come away with three wins and a top-three finish across five tournaments.

The fall semester has been historic for the program, experiencing its best start all time. The Bears’ unprecedented hot streak will be challenged this weekend as the hosts Stanford have won the event the last two years.

It was a picture perfect day in terms of weather and results for the Cal women’s golf team. A monumental effort on day three of the Ron Moore Intercollegiate in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, put the Bears atop the podium. Cal has now won three events in a row in what has already been a historic season.

The sun was shining, the ball was flying and the Bears were biting. It was a beautiful Thursday afternoon at Menlo Country Club — perfect weather for Cal women’s golf to team with their male counterparts to face off with rival Stanford in the annual Big Match.

Cal Women’s Golf will participate in their third event of the year on Thursday, matching up with Stanford. This match will see the women join forces with the men in a combined effort to try and best Stanford for a third time in program history.

The blue and gold travel to Seaside this weekend to co-host the Molly Collegiate Invitational.

Having struggled in two consecutive tournaments, the Pac-12 championships are a great opportunity for the Bears to end the season on a high.

After a rain delay and a mediocre performance in the first round, Cal finished fifth after a monumental comeback against all odds in the final round of the tournament.

While bringing along their entire roster to Sacramento, the Cal women’s golf team was able to gain valuable tournament experience in less than favorable conditions.

In their first test of the spring campaign, the Bears placed fourth in the Collegiate Invitational. The highest individual finish came from Annika Borrelli, who came in ninth.
