At its regular meeting Tuesday, Berkeley City Council heard testimony from dozens of city residents in support of Samuli Seppälä, a wealthy artist who purchased the derelict Hillside School property to use it as his private residence.

Berkeley City Council passed a resolution to provide up to 25 overnight residential vehicle, or RV, parking spots at designated city-owned parking lots at its Feb. 11 meeting.

At its Tuesday special meeting, the Berkeley City Council discussed development of the Adeline Corridor and potential ballot measures for the November 2020 elections.
