Having gone into this meet against Pacific at half-strength last year, the Bears hope to showcase their dominance with a full roster and continue to strengthen their team for the upcoming seasons.

As the defending national champs, Cal men’s swim and dive kicks off its season at San Luis Obispo hoping to avoid the infamous championship hangover.

Building upon its momentum following the Pac-12 championships, Cal men’s swim and dive bested its rival, Texas, to bring home a national championship.

Cal men's swimming and diving flexed its swimming dominance in an absolute blowout against two nationally ranked Arizona teams.

Following Cal’s Triple Distance Meet against Stanford, the Bears look to the Minnesota Invite where they will compete against nationally ranked Texas, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Despite pool closures and uncertain scheduling, Cal has managed to stay tightknit through the Zoom era. However, training and competing amid the pandemic, the Bears are swimming in uncharted waters.
