With finals just around the corner, UC Berkeley students and organizations offer tips on how to destress and events to help the campus community avoid mental burnout. 

Before he was running the Bay Area's premier indie music festival, Noise Pop founder Kevin Arnold was an architecture student at the University of California, Berkeley.

Excitement and anticipation turned into panic and disappointment Friday as swelling crowds for the Soulja Boy concert in Pauley Ballroom resulted in injury and an early shutdown.

On April 23, UC Berkeley will be hosting an in-person Cal Day for the first time in two years. The day packed with in-person events will be held for newly admitted students and their families, giving them the opportunity to get to know their new campus.

One of the most heart-wrenching casualties of the pandemic was the loss of in-person concerts, as the performances that used to animate restaurants, bars and late-night venues seemed to vanish overnight.

ASUC SUPERB Productions has us covered yet again with a concert to help us come together and unwind in true Golden Bear fashion.

It seemed that a lack of familiarity with J.I.D’s music would not have detracted much from the experience. Friday night at Pauley Ballroom saw attendees from all walks of UC Berkeley life, all majors and all years come together as one crowd.

No Vacation and Cuco provided a pitch-perfect end to a high-energy day, as potential students and Cal Day partiers alike unwinded in the tranquil evening.
