Following a consistent theme throughout the season, the Bears played well against high quality opponent Stanford, but were unable to close the door on a win.

Despite being held scoreless for more than 83 minutes, the No. 20 ranked Bears shut out the Portland Pilots, 2-0.

Friday was supposed to be a grand season finale for Cal, but rival Stanford spoiled its Senior Day celebration, beating the Bears 1-0 in just under 93 minutes of action.

Should the Bears emerge victorious in their next slate of matchups, they’ll cement themselves as one of the best teams in the Pac-12.
