Bailey Henderson, a junior political science and global studies double major at UC Berkeley, is running for ASUC external affairs vice president, or EAVP.

Campus sophomore Osvaldo Barba is running independently for ASUC Senate on a platform centered on basic needs and student engagement with politics.

Junior transfer Yasamin Hatefi is running for ASUC Senate with the Elevate Cal coalition on a platform of increasing transfer student representation.

Campus freshman Bridgette Meshkani is running for ASUC Senate with a platform centered around student safety, Greek life community development and mental health advocacy.

“I chose to run because I think it's really important that students are represented on campus,” Cohen said. “I want to ensure that the student body gets represented the right way.”

UC Berkeley junior Lauren Hibbert is running for the ASUC Senate focusing on creating academic support systems and increasing campus sustainability. 

UC Berkeley sophomore Soha Manzoor is representing Elevate Cal in her campaign for ASUC Senate in the upcoming April election.

UC Berkeley freshman Kailen Grottel-Brown is running independently for ASUC Senate based on his passion for public service and experience in ASUC and government offices and campaigns. 

UC Berkeley junior transfer Aileen Sanchez is running for the ASUC transfer representative position with the Elevate Cal coalition. 

Centeno, a campus junior double majoring in ecosystem, management and forestry and data science, said she hopes to support the eco-community at Berkeley through advancing existing environmental justice campaigns while also implementing new ones.
