Josh Yuen joined The Daily Californian as a sports reporter in fall 2016, covering college football as a blogger for "Bear Bytes." He later served as a beat writer for Cal softball in spring 2017, Cal women's tennis in fall 2017 and spring 2018, Cal women's basketball in winter 2017-2018 and Cal football in fall 2018 and fall 2019. Josh was previously a spring 2018 co-assistant sports editor, the fall 2018 lead sports editor and the fall 2019 editorial hiring manager. He wrapped up his time at The Daily Californian as the spring 2020 editor-in-chief & president.
