Police are seeking help from the community regarding a Berkeley murder case that has remained unsolved for two years.

Donzale Mejia, a 23-year-old man who was arrested and then released in connection with a June double shooting in Berkeley, was shot and killed in the Mosswood Park parking lot in Oakland last week.

Hundreds of UC Berkeley students, faculty and community members marched through the city and campus Monday as part of a systemwide day of action, protesting the recent vote by the UC regents to pass a controversial tuition hike policy.
