Two suspects attempted to rob a 21-year-old male student late Sunday night at the Grinnell Pathway on campus, police said.

Police reopened roadways after searching for a suspect in an armed robbery southwest of campus Monday morning. The suspect was not located.

A city analysis of the balcony that collapsed last week, killing six and injuring seven, revealed that it was severely dry rotted at the breaking points.

The police “did many things right” during the Berkeley black lives matter protests, but should have more manpower and better resources to address future protests, according to a report released Tuesday from the Berkeley Police Department.
