Though the leaves might not be changing colors here in Berkeley, we’ve officially made it to October! Filled with holidays, midterms and the dreaded cuffing season, we may not know what to expect this fall. However, we can arbitrarily determine how the next few months will treat us based on our Zodiac signs. So without further ado, here are all of the 12 signs’ horoscopes for this fall.
We’ve finally made it to Libra season! Ruled by Venus, these signs are known for enjoying the finer things in life, as well as appreciating harmony.
While the sun’s current position in Libra should bring balance to all of the Zodiac, this is especially true for you, Libras. And with Jupiter — the planet of personal self — in your opposite sign of Aries through Oct. 27, you may find yourself building stronger relationships or letting go of ones that have been toxic in the past.
Despite being the most common Zodiac sign globally, Scorpios always seem to feel the most misunderstood. However, the planets may just be in your favor soon, Scorpio.
Though Jupiter in Aries may be somewhat more routine-based for Scorpios this fall, when the planet shifts into Pisces and nears your fifth house of pleasure, you may have the opportunity to explore the things you love. And don’t worry, it’ll be Scorpio season soon enough — the perfect time to embody all of your emotions and focus on staying true to yourself.
While they may be the last sign of the fall season, Sagittarians are anything but forgettable. And this fall season likely won’t be, either.
As Mercury, the planet of communication, in retrograde finally comes to a close this fall, Sagittarius may feel more level-headed and less stressed. Likewise, with Jupiter in fellow fire sign Aries, you may want to explore your pleasure and self-hood in the upcoming weeks.
Like Sagittarius, the mercury retrograde may not have been too fun for you this past month, Capricorn. With your hard-working and slightly cynical attitude, communication being out of sync could definitely have been frustrating.
However, Pluto — the planet of rebirth — finishes its retrograde and will be directly in Capricorn by the end of the month. As the planet aligns with your sign, this could be a transformative experience if you focus on self-reflection and your relationships with others.
Aquarius is known for its unique approach to thought, which could be both a blessing and a curse this upcoming season.
Although Pluto going direct in Capricorn may be great for the Capricorns, this focus on tradition and reason may bring some stress for Aquarians this fall. As you take the time to reflect throughout this transformative period, don’t try to dwell on whatever others are doing: You’re doing just fine on your own path.
I have a soft spot for Pisces, but I can’t deny that they have a bit of an emotional side. While the upcoming season may exacerbate this, there may be some good to come out of it, too.
As Mercury and Pluto conclude their retrograde and settle into Libra and Capricorn, respectively, you may have to confront whatever it is you’ve previously been avoiding. The good news, though, is that Libra and Capricorn both value balance and hard work — which should make this confrontational period beneficial in the long run.
Ruled by Mars — the planet of expression — Aries is no stranger to aggression and emotions. Though this fall should be fun for this fire sign, it may also come with a sprinkle of drama.
When Mars enters retrograde in Gemini at the end of the month, you may experience some turmoil or stress; and though it may be hard to not feel overwhelmed, focusing on your inner relationships should keep you stable as the season progresses.
Also ruled by Venus, Taurus is known for its loyalty and glamor, despite being a bit lazy at times. As the planets change this month, you may find yourself losing a bit of this stability — although getting out of your comfort zone may be just what you need.
It’s important to remain true to yourself and your desires as months progress. With Mercury ending its retrograde, communication will likely become a whole lot simpler, which should hopefully make the transition easier.
Geminis are known communicators, often regarded for their quick wit and clever nature, and this fall looks like it’s time for this air sign to shine.
As their ruling planet, Mercury, finishes its retrograde in their sign this month, Geminis can especially expect to benefit. Relationships should prosper, but don’t forget to utilize the upcoming new moons for some rest and relaxation.
Like Pisces, Cancer is another water sign often ruled by its emotions. While this can be tricky as fall continues, Cancers may benefit from the changing planets this season.
When Venus heads into your fellow water sign Scorpio this month, you might feel your emotions heightened — but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Likewise, as Pluto goes direct in Capricorn, you may actually appreciate the stability and straightforwardness that surrounds you.
Thank you for being patient, Leos: I know you don’t necessarily love waiting to be the center of attention. And you may not have to wait any longer as we approach Scorpio season!
When Jupiter enters fellow fire sign Aries, you may feel passionate and excited. And it doesn’t end there: As Venus approaches your ninth house of exploration, you may feel inclined to broaden your horizons when it comes to love and relationships.
Virgos are known for being highly detail-oriented, so I’m sure you’re curious about what the upcoming months have in store for you.
Mercury is ending its retrograde in Virgo, so like the rest of the zodiac, you can expect to feel some relief as communications settle back into their groove. Likewise, Pluto going direct in fellow stable Earth sign Capricorn couldn’t hurt when it comes to finding your identity and coming into your own.
