JUNE 26, 2022

With summer heating up, you may be looking for some indoor activities to keep cool. Why not catch a film or two with some friends? Lucky for you, there are plenty of films releasing soon. The Daily Clog has the perfect list of highly anticipated movies paired with (almost) every zodiac sign!

Aries: “Bodies Bodies Bodies”

An Aries is direct, bold and unafraid of conflict. That said, this sign should check out “Bodies Bodies Bodies” coming to Netflix on Aug. 5. This movie’s premise surrounds a silly party game. What could go wrong, right? Well, that silly game leads to murder when a young, wealthy group of friends gets together during a hurricane.

Taurus: “Persuasion”

Hardworking, short-tempered and a little stubborn are defining traits of a Taurus. The movie adaptation of Jane Austen’s “Persuasion” should be on any Taurus’s watch list. With a more humorous twist than the classic, this film releases July 15 on Netflix. The main focus is on Anne Elliot, who must decide whether to move on from the past or follow her heart — classic heart-melting drama for a classic Taurus.

Gemini: “Thor: Love and Thunder”

“Thor: Love and Thunder” is the perfect movie for Geminis to watch, since they are known for bringing fun and excitement to any situation. This film is one of the most anticipated movies of the summer, and any sign (not only Geminis) can watch it in theaters starting July 8. Like most Marvel movies, we can expect a healthy mix of humor, romance and action making it highly entertaining for this sign.

Cancer: “Nope”

A Cancer’s protective and intuitive nature is perfectly paired with the horror movie “Nope.” When a small family ranch encounters a mysterious creature that affects the actions of those nearby, the intensity gets heightened. In a chilling twist that is sure to give you goosebumps, “Nope” is a must-see movie for any Cancer.

Leo: “Where the Crawdads Sing”

If you loved the book then you’ll love the movie now! Leos are known for their drive and natural leadership, thus making “Where the Crawdads Sing” one of the most suitable movies for them. This zodiac sign is sure to relate to the strong-willed main character, Kya. When she becomes the prime suspect for a murder, the life she built for herself feels threatened. “Where the Crawdads Sing” premieres in theaters July 15.

Virgo: “Minions: The Rise of Gru”

Virgos are considered to be naturally kind and sympathetic. Watching the upcoming Minions movie is sure to be a wholesome experience that Virgos will enjoy. “Minions: The Rise of Gru” is all about the younger years of the evil villain-in-training, Gru, who tries to join a group of supervillains called the Vicious 6. Gru and his minions end up having to outrun the most talented villains of their time. “Minions: The Rise of Gru” comes out in theaters July 1.

What are you waiting for? Grab your popcorn and watch the movie recommendation for your zodiac sign this summer. Stay tuned for part two of this series!
