Teenage boy shot in thigh, hand near Oregon, Grant streets

On Thursday afternoon, a teenage boy was shot near Grove Park. Berkeley Police Department officers are currently investigating the shooting.

A teenage boy was shot in both the thigh and the hand near Grove Park on Oregon and Grant streets at 12:37 p.m. Thursday.

The boy has been taken to a local hospital and is currently in stable condition, according to Berkeley Police Department spokesperson Officer Bryon White.

No arrest has been made thus far, and officers are investigating the shooting, White added.
