Ingredients
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- ¾ cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- ½ cup of milk of choice
- Ice
Instructions:
Start by adding a handful or two of ice into a blender. Next, add in the fruit, spinach, yogurt and honey. Finally, add in the milk and start blending all the ingredients together. You can add more milk if you’d like a more juice-like texture. Blend until you reach your desired consistency, and you’re good to go!
