Berkeley resident charged with assault, possession of a firearm after 'drive-by' paintball shootings
Eighteen-year-old Berkeley resident Daylon Davis was charged with "assaulting a person by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury" and for being a "felon in possession of a firearm" March 4, after allegedly committing six "drive-by style paintball assaults," according to Berkeley Police Department spokesperson Officer Byron White.
