Pulse until it reaches your desired consistency. I like my salsa slightly chunky, but well blended nevertheless. Feel free to add more chiles, salt, lime or cilantro for heat, flavor and freshness.
Sour Cream Dip
Finally, the sour cream dip is probably the easiest, most low-effort dip that’s perfect for both chips and veggies! All you need is some sour cream and a few spices for seasoning, and you’re all set. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, some dried diced onions, garlic powder, paprika, parsley and salt, and voila!
