With just about two weeks left until classes begin, everyone is striving to make the most of the little time left. You’ve probably gone swimming multiple times, at the pool and at the beach. Maybe you’ve already watched all the movies released in the last month. If you’re desperately trying to figure out what to do next, here are some fun activities!
Go camping with friends.
Camping is best enjoyed with loved ones. Setting up the tent, cooking and eating outdoors, gazing at the stars — these are all events most appreciated during the summer. If you want to end the summer with a bang, plan the most amazing camping trip with all your friends. It’ll really be a summer to remember.
Hit the road on a road trip.
Another activity that’s better with your favorite people is road-tripping. The long car rides become special with the people you love. Even if it’s just spending one day driving to Yosemite National Park or the Napa Valley, get out of town! Casual road trips will make your summer 100 times more special. Enjoy what Northern California has to offer, and sightsee some breathtaking landscapes along the way.
Attend a sports game, carnival or festival.
What’s more “summer” than carnivals? Even if you’ve already attended numerous festivities, go to more! The Bay Area offers a lot of diverse events, from boba festivals to salsa dancing block parties. Make the most out of your summer — you’ll be able to look back without any regret.
Watch TV all day.
We’ve all been guilty of being the couch potato, watching Netflix all day. We’re all familiar with the guilt that follows, but summer is ending so soon. If you want to watch Netflix all day, do so. You won’t be able to in a couple of weeks. Don’t spend time feeling bad about it now!
Now that fall semester is starting soon, we all want to cram the most fun into the little time we have left. Don’t stick to your usual routine — try something new! That’s what summer is all about, and you’ll be able to enjoy every moment.
