Berkeley Police Department released a Nixle alert at about 12:03 p.m. Wednesday regarding an unknown suspect who was spotted “peeping” through a window of a residence on the 2400 block of Prospect Street early Saturday morning.

The alert said that while one of the female residents was changing, the suspect was watching through the window while exposing himself. The resident alerted her housemates, prompting the suspect to flee the area.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-to-late 20s, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall, according to the alert.

BPD advises community members to call the Special Victims Unit at 510-981-5735 if they have any information concerning this case.
