With Bowles Hall set to reopen in August 2016 as a co-ed residential college, The Daily Californian took a tour of the construction site. The future residents of Bowles are currently part of the Phoenix Program, which is comprised of a group of students living together at the Berk to establish a community before many of them move into Bowles next semester.
