Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory may not be a real thing, but there are people who have decided to make that fantasy as much of a reality as possible.

On Nov. 10, San Francisco will host the Fourth Annual San Francisco International Chocolate Salon, organized by TasteTV. Participants will be able to savor the ingenious creations of more than 30 chocolatiers and companies including Amano Artisan Chocolate, Jade Chocolates, Clarine’s Florentines and Amella Caramels. The salon will also include a chocolate tasting, wine tasting, interviews by TasteTV’s chocolate television program and a special opportunity to engage in chef and author talks.

Tickets sell out quickly, though, and there will be limited availability at the door, so make sure to buy your golden ticket ahead. Although you may not inherit the entire factory, you are guaranteed to come back home with a content stomach and maybe even some gifts for the coming holiday season.

You can buy tickets here.
